Dr. Louka Maria

Short CV:

Dr. Louca Maria, is a Senior Lecturer at KES COLLEGE since 2022. She holds a degree since 2015 in Biological Sciences, Excellent, 1st in the ranking of students. Since 2020, she holds a PhD about the involvement of proteins in the aggressiveness of glioblastoma, brain cancer, from the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing of the University of Cyprus. Dr. Louca holds scholarships for the completion of her doctoral studies and is active in research in the field of cancer and epigenetics. He has worked for 5 years as a teaching assistant in the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Cyprus and 2 years as a teaching specialist in higher education. Dr. Louca has participated in scientific conferences in Cyprus and the Netherlands and has been awarded with the 1st prize for poster presentation. She has published scientific works from 2017 until today with over 210 scientific references (h-index 8). Also Dr. Louca is a Reviewer in a scientific journal. She teaches classes of her specialties.
