Signature of Memorandum of Understanding between KES College and the Cyprus Breast Centre

The School of Health Professions at KES College, specifically the Accredited and Certified Programs in “Aesthetics” and “Aesthetics and Management of Aesthetic Units”, and the Breast Center of Cyprus (The Breast Center of Cyprus) proceeded with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on Friday, January 19, 2024. The signing took place at the Breast Center of Cyprus in Nicosia.
On behalf of KES College, the Memorandum was signed by the General Director, Mr. Petros Th. Stylianou, and on behalf of the Breast Center of Cyprus, it was signed by the Scientific Director and Chairman of the Board, Dr. Michalis Theophanous, and the Clinical Director, Dr. Evros Kitis. Also present was Ms. Markella Siarli, Coordinator of the “Aesthetics” and “Aesthetics and Management of Aesthetic Units” programs at KES College.
The “Aesthetics (2 years, Diploma)” and “Aesthetics and Management of Aesthetic Units (4 years, Degree)” programs at KES College are Accredited and Certified Programs by the Higher Education Quality Assurance and Certification Agency (DI.PA.E). As the first college to offer Aesthetics programs in Higher Education since 1979, KES College has extensive experience and a tradition in quality education, aiming at the scientific training and specialization of students in modern methods of aesthetic care and treatment.
The Breast Center of Cyprus is the first specialized breast center in the private sector, supported by distinguished health professionals from various specialties. The Center provides comprehensive and multi-faceted management of prevention and treatment issues, even the most complex breast problems, based on international standards in a technologically advanced environment.
The Memorandum of Understanding includes the implementation of student internships and the employment of KES College graduates at the Breast Center of Cyprus, from both the “Aesthetics” and “Aesthetics and Management of Aesthetic Units” programs, as well as from the “School of Business Studies” – “Office Administration”, “Business Administration” programs at KES College.
Additionally, the two collaborating entities agreed to conduct joint actions/events within the framework of Corporate Social Responsibility and to develop academic and research activities aiming at mutual benefit.
