Panayiotou Elena

Short CV:

Ms Elena Panayiotou is a Lecturer at KES College since 2020. She holds an MBA from the Mediterranean Institute of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Cyprus. In addition, she is a PhD candidate in Business Administration and her academic and research interests include the effect of corporate culture on accounting procedures and connection between job satisfaction, employee loyalty and productivity.
